An architectural firm are looking for a PA to assist the director
The main duties of the role
-Managing phone lines, by answering calls and directing to the appropriate department and taking any messages
-Working front of house and being the first point of contact for visitors
-Taking and typing minutes at meetings whilst providing hospitality service
-Organise travel arrangements and events for the team
-Typing letters and documents
-Compiling reports
-Carrying out various administrative task as and when needed
The ideal candidate will have
-Previous experience in a similar role (or eqv) would be helpful fulfil this positions potential
A diligent and organised work ethic
-Professional in customer service with good telephone skills
-Quick and accurate typing
-Good IT skills
Must have experience of working with a consultancy
