We are looking for a project manager to join this exciting client and also have the opportunity of career growth and expansion!
We are currently working on behalf of an M&E Contractor based in London who pride themselves in delivering the highest quality service both totheir blue chip clients and high spec projects. They believe in developing business as they have developed relationship with their clients. With a current turn over of £55.5 Million and current expantion plans this now brings us to our current requirements.
- We are looking for a solid and experienced mechanical project manager with fit out and commercial experience.
- Contracts from £1m up to £9m M&E, including a £4m office refurbishment in Canary Wharf, and a data centre in the heart of London.
- With this range of work the company is looking for commercially astute project managers with extensive experience to run these projects.
- Your involvement will be from award, programme of workst o final account stages and ensuring all installations are carried out on time and at the highest standards.
The company promotes from within so there are excellent prospects for progression and an excellent group of engineers to structure jobs.
Essential requirements:
- * Mechanical background with experience as a Project Manager
- * Ability to live and work in London
Desirable requirements:
- * Experience of projectsup to£2.5 million
- * Degree/HND/ONC or similar or qualification by experience
- * Desire to progress within the company and help to develop the company further
