Facilities Manager required with prestigious leading project.

One of the World Leading Developer’s seeks an experienced and highly professional Facilities Manager with the drive to manage a successful team with a community existing of more than two million residents.

 

Join part of a fast paced team managing infrastructure and communities on behalf of owners and residents. The company will operate on leading established developments but the intention to manage all company properties worldwide. Therefore any of the solutions and systems introduced must be capable of being used in any location, in any building anywhere in the World across group developments.

 


 

Minimum requirements:

 

- University Degree- Bachelor’s of Engineering preferred, MSC in Facilities Management preferred

- A minimum of 5 years experience of 5 years of which should be at a senior operational level within a Facilities Management organisation

- Essential to have managed the Facilities for a variety of multi-disciplines; preferably residential, commercial, retail including high rise

- Commercial experience of setting up and running P & L accounts

- Experience of providing consulting services to clients managing large construction projects

- Required to have key organisational skills and to have the ability to deal with complaints at a Senior Level
