£35,000-£43,000 per annum
This prestigious Consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor/ Intermediate Building Surveyor to operate from their West London offices.
In Brief
This Building consultancy provides a full range of construction and property services from Acquisition Surveys, to Development Advice and Project Management, Dilapidations and Party Wall matters.
With over 60 years experience and with 3 offices throughout the UK this consultancy requires a Building Surveyor to work from their Cavendish Square office in West London.
The Role
The Building surveyor will be using their skills on a wide variety of projects including working on the following-
Residential, Commercial, Offices, Industrial, Retail, Hotel, Leisure and places of worship. The work ranges from historic listed properties through to modern high tech buildings.
For Project Monitoring and New Build developments, your tasks will involve
*Advising on the Feasibility of new build schemes and preparing outline schemes.
*Providing early cost advice.
*Project monitoring for investors, occupiers and financial institutions
*Project management, including preparation of outline schemes and employers requirements.
*Agreeing specification and ensuring standards of workmanship are met.
The Ideal Candidate
The Building Surveyor will need experience in Dilapidations, Development Monitoring, Party Walls, Reinstatement cost assessments, DDA.
You will also need
*MRICS qualified
*Experience of CAD
*Good communication skills

*Salary of up to £43,000 (depending on experience)
