Senior Level Building Surveyor/ Associate
Exceptional opportunity for a chartered Senior Building Surveyor to join a busy North London consultancy as an Associate to the Senior Partner.
A multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy based in North Kent are currently seeking a High Level/ Associate Building Surveyor to head up busy surveying team.. The appointment is within a team which will concentrate predominantly on multi-million pound decent homes projects as well as a mix of Local Authority, Education and Commercial works.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 Surveyors and you will be in
Your responsibilities will include:
*Surveying buildings and preparing reports for a variety of purposes.
*Responsibility for directing junior staff where appropriate
*Liaising with clients in respect of technical matters.
*Design and Contract Administration
*Alterations and extensions to existing buildings
*Refurbishment and Conservation
*Building Defects Analysis.
*Structural Surveys and Acquisition Inspections of buildings.
*Development and Construction Monitoring of building projects.
*Building Regulations and Legislation.
*Building, Boundary and Party Wall matters.
NB* The Associate Building Surveyor has a brief to carry forward and expand new initiatives and develop contacts and opportunities in those areas.
