Our client is a rapidly growing market leader in project management and cost consultancy with in the construction industry. Due to increased work load and a booming economy our client currently has need of a highly motivated, dynamic Associate Quantity Surveyor for their Office in Bratislava. The office has been growing since 1999, has 25 staff and is recognised as a market leader within the region.
Bratislava is the cultural heart of Slovakia. Owing to its historical multi-cultural character, local culture is influenced by various ethnic groups, Bratislava enjoys numerous theatres, museums, galleries, concert halls, cinemas, film clubs, and foreign cultural institutions.
Projects include large iconic high-rise developments, mixed use schemes, residential, retail, offices and hotels for a UK developer.
In addition to a generous salary (subject to a lower tax rate than the UK), our client offers accommodation, medical, mobilisation flights and an annual salary review.
Ideal candidates will be degree qualified (or equivalent) and have some experience working within a consultancy / private practice. Alternatively, candidates from a contracting background who want to make the move to a consultancy will also be considered.
