Our client's Devon office requires a strong individual to take responsibility for leading their growing Hydrology team and associated engineering / CAD functions.
The team provides flood risk, drainage and infrastructure services to developer and utilities clients and your principal role will be to maximise the integration of flood risk assessment and engineering design in response to client needs,and to strengthen the engineering offering within the office.
You will have a B.Eng Civil Engineering or relevant degree or an equivalent qualification and will be Chartered.
You will also need to have extensive experience in a similar consultancy role, with a good reputation as a trusted advisor of clients, being a technical expert in related fields and must be a proven work winner with the ability to develop and lead the business whilst overseeing the technical design process.
A committed individual, you will have the ability to identify and develop opportunities within a changing market and will have a high level of client focus, with the ability to build long-term internal and external relationships.
Our client will offer a competitive salary, probably in the range of £40 - 45,000 p.a. together with an attractive benefits package.
