Experienced Technical Support Manager (B&CE) required to ensure facilities on a built and rural estate in Salisbury (MOD) are maintained in a cost effective manor.
As the TSM you will be required to carry out building/facility inspections as programmed to the maintenance policy and ensure maintenance records are fully updated.
To project manage capital works including acting as CDM duty holder, providing advice to and updating the regional ops manager, estate managers and building services managers.
Academically you will hold a minimum of HNC in a building/construction/surveying related qualification.
