A key member of the team, you'll ensure the delivery of projects from conception through to completion - taking the lead in structural analysis, design and subsequent site supervision of schemes. When you're not delivering engineering solutions, you'll be acting as our representative - dealing with client enquiries and producing reports. You'll also play a key role in the coaching and development of more junior members of the team.
Ideally a Chartered Engineer, you'll have significant experience in this field already. You'll have a detailed knowledge of structural design principles and standards - and will have a proven track record of working on bridge or structural engineering projects. Aside from your technical experience, you'll also have the interpersonal skills to engage with clients and motivate those around you.
