THE COMPANY
With one of the most prestigious and comprehensive ranges of products, this well established manufacturer of cutting tools is now looking to increase its market exposure and double its turnover within the next 5 years. As a result of this, there is a need to grow the sales team considerably. At this time a Sales Engineer for South West of the UK is required.
THE ROLE
Working as part of a new, focussed team; you will be expected to develop and support a high end distribution network on the defined territory. The Sales Engineer will also be expected to target large OEMs within automotive and aerospace industries to name a few. It will then be the Sales Engineers responsibility to grow these into key accounts for the company. Therefore, it is key that you are customer focussed.
THE PERSON
The successful Sales Engineer will possess the following attributes:
" A full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering
" The ability to specify cutting tools into different engineering processes
" A strong work ethic with the tenacity to develop key accounts
" A customer focussed nature
