The Role
As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for a substantial proportion of the company's business generation. In addition to new business you will be responsible for managing and maintain existing customers and relationships. The Sales Engineer will be selling into a variety of clients including Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Local Authorities to name a few. The role will require the Sales Engineer to liaise with designers and architects to ensure specification of the company's products.
The Person
The Sales Engineer will be a driven, tenacious person but will be able to work with long lead times associated with this sale. The candidate will be a technically minded person with experience selling to Local Authorities or Architect/Specifiers or M&E contractors. As someone who has lot's of personality and a hard work ethic the Sales Engineer will relish this chance to join this growing business and develop their career.
The Reward
The Sales Engineer will be provided with initial induction training and then be provided with substantial on-the-job training. Longer term there is potential to move into sales management or key accounts roles and ongoing personal development. You will be rewarded:
