Health and Safety Manager, Frome, Somerset A Health and Safety Manager or Health and Safety Advisor looking to take the next step in their career is required to join a vastly expanding organisation that specialise in civil engineering and M&E contracts. With over 80 years experience in the Construction and Water Industries. This company are currently operating sites locally and across the South Coast and is rapidly increasing their share in this fiercely competitive market. An experienced Safety professional is sought to develop Safety Systems and the safety culture within the organisation. This will include carrying out site audits and inspections, training and development with the senior construction team. Once established in the role to appointed person will have the ability to bring in and develop a safety team and work towards a senior management position within the Group.
A minimum NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is required and the appointed person will need to be a member of IOSH and working towards their CMIOSH status. Relevant industry experience is also highly desired. Good management and communication skills are key, as is the ability to work well under pressure.
