Good BS degree or equivalent (RICS accredited)
- At least 1 years practical experience in BS firm (eg university placement year)
Will be involved in:
1.0 Contract administration
2.0 Surveys
3.0 Dilapidations
4.0 Building Pathology
5.0 Due diligence services
6.0 Specification /Maintenance Management
Candidate should be motivated and committed to working to complete APC competencies
