Senior Project Manager (Property)
Job Role The property sector are in need of a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the day to day delivery of major products which are due to come on stream shortly. The essential expertise that is required is detailed below: • Develop the strategy documents for each project. • Develop the key development programmes. • Manage and co-ordinate the Project Team. • Produce regular progress reports for client discussion.
Responsibilities Reporting to the Team Leader, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible to take ownership of project deliverables and would be accepted to manage the design team and project meetings as well as the necessary administration i.e. preparation of project execution plan, chairing meetings and issuing meeting in a timely manor and producing executive reports on a monthly basis relating to project deliverables and any issues that needs to be discussed with the client.
Skills / Experience Required Good communication, sufficient IT programme and interpersonal skills
