Purchasing Procurement Fixed Term Contract Swindon, Wiltshire, South West Salary Negotiable
We are a recruitment agency and we are looking for a Purchasing Procurement Professional for a fixed term contract for our Wiltshire based client.
The role is based within the Purchasing Procurement area of this client.
Key Role & Responsibilities
· Negotiation with suppliers to put in place transactional documents based on standard client forms (General Purchasing agreement/confidentiality agreement / tooling agreement) · Establish and maintain contracts, and "know how data bases" · Undertake legal checks and attain agreements from all relevant business areas
Person Specification
Qualifications: · English to A level or equivalent, (excellent written skills and good verbal communication)
Experience: · Good understanding of legal aspects of a purchase contract · Ability to negotiate supplier contracts, effective interpersonal skills · Understanding of, compensation, product liability, intellectual property rights, TUPE, and a high degree of attention to detail · High level of commercial awareness
