A Principal Mechanical Engineer is required on an ongoing contract basis by a National multi-disciplinary Consultancy in Central Bristol.
The job will be based in the power department and will cover projects ranging from thermal, hydro, renewable energy and transmission and distribution systems. These projects will include all levels of voltage up to 500KV.
Candidates must have significant experience in the management, design and supervision of projects within the power sector, particularly in thermal power. You should also have gas and coal fired power station experience.
A BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering is required and Chartered Engineer status is also desirable.
