A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Transport Engineer to deliver project work in traffic engineering and transport planning for this expanding consultancy in Bristol. Clients include; international governments, local authorities and transport operators UK wide.
As a Senior Transport Engineer, your role will consist of;
Assisting in a range of projects e.g. town centre studies, traffic management, accident studies, parking studies, transport assessments, junction design studies.
Supervising graduates and technical staff as required.
Client liaison.
Report writing.
Compliance with agreed administrative and Quality Assurance standards and procedures.
To be successful as a Senior Transport Engineer you will have;
A professional qualification.
Experience in projects for public and private sector clients, including traffic engineering design, traffic management and transport assessments.
Experience in using TRANSYT, LINSIG, PICADY, ARCADY, PARAMICS and VISSIM.
A high standard of written English and verbal presentation skills.
