What is the Role?
This is a role for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a consultancy that is recognised worldwide. It is based in Bristol but shall be required to visit the middle east on a short term basis once a month.
Your responsibilities include, technical co-ordination, checking and day-to-day management of the Bristol based Infrastruture team providing input relating to road layouts, drainage and utilities, Technical input in preparing road layout and utility diversion options and designs, The day-to-day technical liaison with the Middle East and other UK offices working on the same projects, ensuring delivery of drawings and reports to tight programmes, complying with company management systems and complying with health and safety and other relevant legislation.

This consultancy is involved in a number of major infrastructure projects in the Middle East. Bristol has a particular role in supporting the Jumeirah Garden City Project and is providing design services in relation to utility service diversions. This includes water drainage (foul and surface), water supply, irrigation, power (electricity) and communications (including fibre optics).
Who are the likely candidates?
· Experience of working in the Middle East is beneficial.
· Appropriate Engineering degree.
· Hands on experience of Infrastructure design including road layout, foul and water drainage.
· Knowledge and experience including water supply, electricity and communications.
