We are recruiting for a national company who have secured a contract to provide Highways Supervisory staff across the South West. They offer a determined and flexible career structure, regular performance reviews and guaranteed work. You will need experience of Roads / Highways / Civils work.
The specifics of this role are;
• Assist the Route Management Supervisors to collate information and technical data and in conjunction with the Senior Route Engineer produce and deliver works packages from the current maintenance budget.
• Maintain a diary to record all issues relevant to the maintenance of the allocated route(s)
• Create and manage all reports of defects (including RMMS and cyclic maintenance reports) with a view assisting the Route Management Supervisors to developing remedial
• Carry out the Route Champion role in on a given route to identify future improvement and maintenance schemes.
• Carry out field inspections and quality inspections as required in the BBIS HSEQ system.
• Assist the Route management supervisors to close out defects in the RMMS system for area of responsibility as they are progressed.
• To assist the Route Management Team in achieving timely delivery of works packages
