My client, a multi-disciplinary international design and engineering consultancy is looking for a Permanent Way Design Engineer to join their team in Swindon.
Duties included in this role are:
Feasibility studies, scheme and detailed designs.
Providing support to the Unit Manager / Section Manager.
Permanent Way alignment design and S&C design
Acting as lead P-Way engineer on a variety of single and multi-discipline projects.
Requirements for this position are:
Membership of ICE or PWI (preferred although not essential)
Previous experience of design within a P-Way environment.
BEng or BSc (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
Working knowledge of MXRail, InRail or Bentley Rail Track computer software.
