A leading financial institution is looking for a Facilities Coordinator based in Bristol. Previous experience of maintaining large facilities is a must. You will be responsible for co-coordinating sub contract, dealing effectively and efficiently with reactive works (i.e. making safe) and developing an effective plan of planned maintenance. You will be working with in house maintenance surveyors, and an in house maintenance team although lots of your day will be spend dealing with contractors.
It is a freelance position scheduled for roughly 6 months; however it has potential to become permanent should both parties desire it.
