Facilities Manager with Technical bias (Hard Services) required for high profile contract in Gloucestershire. You will have an M&E background and be responsible for the building maintenance, fabric, mechanical and electrical services.
You will ideally hold membership to MCIBSE, MIEE, MIMechE or relevant equivalent. You will also have a least 5 years operational experience of running large complexes with HV/LV and standby power generation, UPS and chilled water cooling plant installations. You will be experienced in CMMS systems including asset management, CAD, BMS controls, cable management, utility monitoring and PPM.
You will be required to manage projects, have very strong customer facing skills and be experienced in managing contractors and direct employees, you will be able to manage the contractors to the expectations of the client.
