Energy and Environmental Services Manager for a leading service provider on a prestigious contract based in Gloucestershire. You will be required to look after 3 sites and will take responsibility for the CRC carbon reduction requirement legislation, working with the main maintenance contractor to implement new energy management initiatives.
Working with the Building Services Team and outside agencies you will ensure any projects and changes comply with the latest energy and environmental legislation. You will also work with external consultants to ensure the company achieve the ISO 14001 accreditation.
Customer Focus is key as you will liase with the client on any energy and environmental issues. The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level in energy or environmental engineering with an understanding of Facilities Management.
You will ideally be a member of the Charter Institute of Energy Management. It would be beneficial if you have at least 5 years experience of operational site management, ideally with HV/LV and standby generation, UPS and chilled water cooling plant installations.
This role is paying in the region of £35-40k plus a generous benefits package.
