This leading consultancy have an exciting opening within a fast expanding area of their Bristol office.
You should be an experienced Senior Consultant with Construction and/or Property Sector knowledge and a demonstrable track record of delivering projects to budget and to a timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have, or be working towards Chartered or Full Member status of an professional institution, as well as extensive experience in environmental management/consulting of which at some of this will relate to sustainability in the built environment.
You will need to be self-motivated and proactive person who benefits from the challenges offered by consulting Senior Consultant to work in an expanding Environmental division based in Bristol. The role is to supply sustainability advice and assess developments expanding the current capabilities of the Environmental Team. Advice to existing clients, developers, design teams and planners on the inclusion of practicable sustainability initiatives into project and strategy delivery.
You will be involved with Sustainability consulting, advice on use of materials, BREEAM assessments and CEEQUAL experience. The range of work will be diverse and cover all the sustainability and environmental issues facing the built environmental from material application in design to renewable energy lifecycle analysis. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of sustainability advice, as well as being proficient in writing technical reports and articles, and being capable of presenting your information to clients.
