Our client is a leading Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental consultancy, with offices located across the UK. Our client offers services in geotechnical and geo-environmental engineering to a wide range of clients. The close integration of these two disciplines within a single team means that they have a particular strength in dealing with ‘difficult' sites such as those where tunnels, underground services or sensitive adjacent structures and potential contamination require a holistic approach to investigation and design. Services cover all types of geotechnical and geo-environmental issues and all stages of work from site investigation through strategy and design to implementation.
Following another successful year, and due to a continued growth plan, our client is looking to recruit a Regional Director based in their Yorkshire office. Reporting to the Board, you will have significant autonomy in managing and developing the business and will need to be able to give both commercial and technical leadership. The established Yorkshire office has a wide client base that includes developers, structural engineers, contractors and major utilities.
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate experience of managing a regional operation, preferably within a geotechnical and geo-environmental business. You should have held full P&L responsibility for a business unit of at least £5m, and have at least 10 years experience within the sector. This is a fantastic opening for an exceptional individual to make the move to a leading business, and future opportunities for progression will be very realistic.
