The main aspect of the role will see you undertaking groundwater risk assessments for contaminated land and groundwater projects, including using ConSim, Mudflow and R&D paper 20 spreadsheets. You will also be responsible for carrying out groundwater risk assessments for landfill sites for PPC permitting using LandSim along with numerical modelling for complex groundwater resource projects. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in an environmental subject or similar with some experience within a consultancy or as a regulator.
