This leading multidiscipline consultancy is currently looking for an experienced Ecologist to join their well established team in Bristol. They currently employ over 9000 technical staff Worldwide and have offices throughout the UK and offer their staff excellent personal and professional development opportunities that will further develop their career and technical ability.
The main aspect of the role will see you supporting senior members of the team with Phase I and Phase II ecological assessments, mitigation design, report writing and project management. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a consultancy and ideally experience in ecological assessments for highways and other transportation projects. Ideally you will have an expertise in botany and hold more than one license for surveys on protected species.
You must have the relevant qualifications with a degree and ideally a post graduate degree although this isn’t essential.
