Our Client is one of the largest independent architectural practise. They are currently looking for a BREEAM Advisor / specialist to join their growing team, and work in the technical delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking BREEAM/Ecohomes/Code for Sustainable Home assessments Undertaking research in the areas of energy/environment/sustainability management Disseminating knowledge through talks, audits etc as well as managing and coordinating a technical database Provision of technical advice including low energy design - energy efficiency - renewable energy - decentralised energy of buildings - carbon management - design advice Application of economic and sustainability analysis tools Account managing portfolio of sustainable energy projects for clients Communication and liaison with staff, consultants and clients on project details Key Requirements: Knowledge and experience of some or all of SEA, Sustainable Assessment, CSR and /or sustainable construction practice Ability to rationally explain, explore and discuss economics, sustainability, development and regeneration issues Understand emerging policy and legislation in order to develop innovative solutions Strong track record of winning work and delivering on time and budget. Have or be working towards an environmentally based degree or equivalent and be professionally qualified. Experience of implementing projects that include a broad range of industry sectors.
