Salary / Hourly Rate: £29000 - £35000 per annum + car allowance+bonus

Our Client is one of the largest independent architectural practise. They are currently looking for a BREEAM Advisor / specialist to join their growing team, and work in the technical delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 Undertaking BREEAM/Ecohomes/Code for Sustainable Home assessments
 Undertaking research in the areas of energy/environment/sustainability management
 Disseminating knowledge through talks, audits etc as well as managing and coordinating a technical database
 Provision of technical advice including low energy design - energy efficiency - renewable energy - decentralised energy of buildings - carbon management - design advice
 Application of economic and sustainability analysis tools
 Account managing portfolio of sustainable energy projects for clients
 Communication and liaison with staff, consultants and clients on project details
Key Requirements:
 Knowledge and experience of some or all of SEA, Sustainable Assessment, CSR and /or sustainable construction practice
 Ability to rationally explain, explore and discuss economics, sustainability, development and regeneration issues
 Understand emerging policy and legislation in order to develop innovative solutions
 Strong track record of winning work and delivering on time and budget.
 Have or be working towards an environmentally based degree or equivalent and be professionally qualified.
 Experience of implementing projects that include a broad range of industry sectors.
 Evidence of Continued Professional Development
