Our client, a leading engineering consultancy is looking to recruit experienced Mechanical Design Engineers to provide effiicent and cost effective support to the Southern office.
Ideally you will have Mechanical Design experience within the thermal power or wider experience within the oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, nuclear or other heavy industry,
KEY DUTIES
Conduct detailed design work on steel structures.Conduct verification of subcontractor design work, such as calculations,computer models and drawings.
Estimation of bills of quantities and site surveys in response to client enquiries.
Work with branch and HQ engineers, site installation and proposal teams from client enquiry through to project implementation regarding mechanical design aspects.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications: HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical design engineering
Preferred Qualifications: HND Mechanical Engineering with design components, Engineering Council Registered Engineer
