An Engineer required to work with a multi-disciplined team getting involved with a variety of engineering projects with the focus initially on design and manufacture for a very successful Special Purpose Machinery engineering company.
Salary & Location: £Excellent + Pension. South West, Gloucestershire, Avon, Somerset.
The Role: This role will require the successful candidate to be involved in the design side initially and will be trained on the CAD side of the business, and then taking on a role on the manufacturing side to gain an understanding of the whole company They will be working with the Operations Director learning about the company and it's processes. They will eventually be taking more and more of the work off of the Operations Director so he can take a back seat role. They will start by going on client visits and representing the company at meetings and events
