We are currently recruiting for a Design and Build coordinator based in North Bristol.
You will be expected to manage and coordinate a busy and experienced design team. Liaising with both site staff and commercial staff your role will be critical to the success or failure of each individual site.
We are looking for people with a varied technical background. If you have a surveying background, a health and safety background or a CAD/Architectural background then we would be interested in seeing you.
The role is working for a large national contractor, who have a history of working on some of the biggest projects in the South West. Project values range from £1m to £25m. On top of salary will also be a site related bonus, pension, car, health care and mobile phone allowance.
