Eden Brown are currently looking for a Site Delivery Manager to be based at the Wilton/Upavon site. This is a permanent role with a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 + BENS.
Duties will include -
Staff Management:
·Manage and take responsibility for the function of the Site Delivery Office and dependencies to ensure work is delivered on time and to budget.
·Recruitment, selection, management & development of staff.
·Work load planning for Technical Officers.
Budget Management:
·Manage the delegated >£2.5k programme of reactive maintenance works and life cycle replacement works within the budget delegated by the area manager to maintain all assets safely ensuring that the functional and operational standards laid down in the Output Specification are met.
·Project Manage the programme of upgrade works within the budgets delegated by the area manager.
Performance Management:
·Provide relevant information to the Performance Management System and review reports from system and implement any corrective action required.
Skills required:
Candidates should be professionally qualified or demonstrate that they are working towards it, with suitable relevant experience in the building maintenance industry preferably within the MOD estate.
A proven track record of core services delivery across a wide range of activities with experience of managing teams of professional and technical staff.
A comprehensive operating knowledge of contract financial management. Applicant to have had experience in supply chain management and partnership arrangements.
