NAVAL ARCHITECTS/SENIOR NAVAL ARCHITECTS - STABILITY ANALYSIS
We currently have a requirement for naval architects to provide stability analysis using both Paramarine and NAPA, to undertake intact and damage stability analysis. You will be working on a wide range of ship and submarine design projects, including amphibious vessels, warships and auxiliaries. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience using software to analyse stability with particular emphasis on NAPA, Paramarine and Seasafe. Applicants should
have a good standard of education with some previous experience of ship design / in-service support including stability assessment, ship layout and a good understanding of ship structures. Good prospects for development and gaining experience leading to Chartership with a professional body.
SENIOR NAVAL ARCHITECTS - SUBMARINE DESIGN/IN-SERVICE SUPPORT
We currently have new opportunities to join our submarine design and in-service team to undertake concept design, structural analysis and assurance of design. You will ideally have a degree, or equivalent, in either Naval Architecture or a Marine Engineering related subject along with experience in submarine design/upkeep/operation.
