Our client is a large mod housing contractor who are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) technical officer in Wiltshire.

•The suitable candidate will have experience in the construction industry and preferably have a housing/ surveying background. Their responsibilities will include:
•Oversee effective and timely delivery of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
•Liaising with project managers/site managers on maintenance activities giving technical support
•Ensuring compliance and adherence of company and client health & safety procedures to keep and maintain records

A company van is also provided for travel purposes
