The Client;

The Position;
They require a Technical Coordinator to join their experienced Design team. Reporting to Technical Manager, the duties will include co-ordinating technical specifications for all developments. Site liaison, and adherence to CDM Regulations.
The Candidate;
Candidates should ideally be qualified to HND/HNC or degree level in a building related subject, or have experience of working in the construction industry (including housing). We are looking for a team player with a methodical and conscientious approach to their work. You should also be very numerate and familiar with PCs, especially spreadsheet packages.
