Experienced Site Supervisors / Site Engineers required to successfully manage the daily running of sites for a prestigious international engineering group.
Salary & Location: Salary dependant on experience, 25 days Holiday + Pension + healthcare. Southern England, Avon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Oxon, Berks, Sussex, Kent.
The Role: Within the remit of the role you will be responsible for managing the installation and build on projects for a multinational organisation. As a skilled and conscientious engineer will work on projects mostly renewing or modifying existing power plants. Reporting to the section engineer you will supervise craftspeople and subcontractors to maintain the level of productivity required. As an experienced supervisor you will confidently manage all first line industrial and employee issues as well as all relevant administrative procedures. This role would ideally be suited to an engineer who enjoys the sense of achievement connected to working on a project basis and working within a prestigious, growing organisation.
The Candidate:
" 3 years minimum in a craftsperson's position
" 1 years experience in a chargehand position.
" Client facing ability.
" Experience in either a mechanical or process environment
" Ideally will be ECITB SMTDS/NVQ qualified, although all candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the role.
