Site Manager required for a housing project on the outskirts of Cirencester. You will be reponsible for phases' two and three of the project which are both high end specualtive developments. as a rough guide they are both of 30 units with an average value of £750,000 per unit.
You will need to have the relevant CSCS site management card and be able to demonstrate a strong residential past, however this is not simply house bashing and there are numerous bespoke elements to each build.
The contract is scheduled to run for 18 months and you will be working alongside another Site Manager (who will be responsible for phase one and four) and have a finishing foreman to assist in the closing stages. The contracts manager is based on site. |
