All on site Health and Safety
Material Requisition
Sub Contract ordering
Labour and Sub Contract control
Client Liaision
Dealing with Handover Queries
Ensuring the Site finishes on time and on budget.

Although some projects are more bespoke than others predominantly you will be running sites of between 40 and 80 units, split into 2 phases on an 18 week build cycle. |
