We now have a position immediately available for a Full Time Site Engineer with a proven track record
in Groundworks, the ideal candidate will have worked for a Groundwork Company with house
developers as its main client base.
The applicant must have a proven track record and will have been employed with either of the following types of Companies:-
1). Groundwork Contractors
2). Civil Engineering Contractor
3). House Developer
Duties will primarily include:-
1). Setting Out
2). Engineering Supervision on site
3). Scheduling materials to assist our Company Buyer
4). Providing & maintaining site records
5). Quality Control Sub-Contract Payments
6). Daily liaison & correspondence with site related matters and issues
7). Daily liaison with our Production Department
The candidate must :-
1). be experienced in Civil Engineering / Groundworks for housing development companies
2). be fully computer literate
3). be fully conversant with Sewers for Adoption 6th edition
4). have a sound understanding of the principles of contract documents
5). have a full understanding of working and engineering drawings and the relation of this information to relevant specifications.
6). be conversant with EDM surveying equipment
7). hold a valid Supervisory & Management card CSCS
The package being offered to the successful applicant will include:-
