Due to the current and planned growth of the M&E Building Services division within this leading multi-discpline consultancy over the next 3 years, my client is currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join thier Devon office and start to Build and lead a team of Mechanical Engineers which will increase in size over the next 2 years at which time, the leader of the team will become an Associate Director.

The Opportunity
You will be involved in the management of design phases on a range of projects within various construction sectors, including Commercial, Health, Leisure and Government with overall project values ranging from £500k to £500m in the South West.
The major factor that makes this opportunity is that the successful individual wil become an Associate Director having built a Mechanical Team from scratch and being able to model the Mechanical Departement as they wish whilst creating a name for themselves in a major organisation.
