Our Client, a leading multi-disciplinary international Consultancy is expanding and increasing their work load and as a result they are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to work alongside and compliment an existing BS team.
The SBS will be based in Bristol, independent of the core team in London, but still part of the BS function. To contribute to the team with their existing knowledge of project delivery and provision of Building Surveying services, by return the candidate will be part of an expanding team that are purely focused on BS delivery and who are well-established internally and externally for their expertise.
Responsible for delivering building projects and to provide a client led professional service
To provide high quality advice across the full range of professional building surveying services including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, DDA etc
Plan, programme and implement property refurbishment and repair contracts
Control consultants, contracts, and contractors involved in client projects
Monitor projects on behalf of the client liaising with consultants and contractors as required
Market and develop the building surveying services offered to both new and existing clients
Sector specialisms include: Education, Residential, Charities, and Offices.
