My client, a national property consultancy is one of the largest in the UK. Clients include corporate occupiers and developers to private schools, galleries and public bodies.
Due to a 20% increase in turnover over the last 5 years, my client is expanding and the need for a Surveyor to Senior Surveyor has arisen. In joining the company, you will enjoy a high quality and a diverse range of commercial instructions. The typical size of projects undertaken range from £50,000 - £4 million generating £350,000 - £400,000 per annum.
The main focus of this position will concentrate on professional (consultancy) matters, rather than project management, refurbishment and site supervision.
The successful candidate will...
" Ideally have between 1 and 5 years experience and be APC qualified
" Be flexible, articulate and ambitious
" Be a strong and confident communicator and able to work with ease alongside Clients and other Consultants
" Be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and a desire to further their own long-term career prospects.
