Our Client, an independent construction consultancy based in Bristol, requires a Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director to join the team. The role includes building surveying across all sectors and is a permanent placement.
This position is for a Client facing Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to carry out the full range of PBS duties. The role will be to supervise the existing team of Building Surveyors and to obtain new commissions. Ideally you will be RICS qualified (or equivalent) with a proven track record as a Senior Building Surveyor.
The management potential associated with this role means that you will also display good people management skills with the ability to deliver work on time and to an extremely high standard.
