A joint venture between a large contractor and a large Consultancy operates the EMAC (Enhanced Managing Agent Contractor) contract in Highways Agency contracts across the Southern Region of the Country. The company draws on the extensive experience, support and proven track record of its two joint venture partners and provides a full range of services to the Highways Agency.
Reporting to the Senior Route Engineer, the Route Management Supervisor is responsible for collating information to respond to queries from stakeholders and produce and deliver work packages from the current maintenance budget. You will manage the RMMS system , ensuring all reports of defects are investigated with a view to developing remedial packages. You will also indentify future improvement and maintenance schemes, ensuring you provide a good level of customer service.
Suitable candidates will have an ONC or HNC / HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and a highway maintenance background are required, along with knowledge of network operations and asset conditions. Due to the nature of this position a full driving licence is required.
