A joint venture between a large contractor and a large Consultancy operates the EMAC (Enhanced Managing Agent Contractor) contract in Highways Agency contracts across the Southern Region of the Country. The company draws on the extensive experience, support and proven track record of its two joint venture partners and provides a full range of services to the Highways Agency.
Reporting in to the RMMS Database Manager, the RMMS Inspector is responsible for carrying out programmes and supplementary inspections in order to maintain the asset to a safe and serviceable condition. You will run defect reports, informing the relevant area depot teams of your inspection findings whilst liaising with the route management teams to ensure defects are repaired appropriately.
You will support the RMMS and asset planning team with inventory and asset condition data collection. Suitable candidates will be IT literate with excellent communication skills. You will have extensive experience within a similar highways maintenance role. Due to the nature of this position a full driving license is required.
