Established contractor in Devon require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up a £20m School...
The Role
This contractor currently require a QS to head up a £20m School in Devon. As well as this the Devon office have secured 2 P21 health Centres with a combined value of £14 million, as well as a £7million Sainsbury’s . This is to add to a multitude of live sites currently running including 3 school projects and a Business park development.
With the order book ever increasing the requirement to bring at least 2 more surveyors into the commercial team has arisen, with the opportunity for these individuals to head up the projects highlighted above initially. Reporting into a Commercial Manager you will work in a team currently 10 strong including Assistant, Project & Senior Surveyors- however this is expected to grow over the next few months.
