A top 5 multi disciplinary consultancy practice based in London are looking to add a technical risk manager to their team. This is a unique global consultancy in the real estate, infrastructure, industrial and construction sectors whose people are delivering better value results to clients from business support to projects services. They have the leadership, professional skills and expertise to successfully deliver the right solutions to meet their clients’ business requirements.
A number of individuals are required to fulfil existing and pending commissions.
The Bristol office currently employs a mixture of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Building Surveyors working predominantly in the Public and Infrastructure Sectors with a range of clients. They operate within a number of frameworks providing contract management and cost advice. In addition they undertake a wide variety of work with a number of County Councils, private funding bodies and other organisations.
They require individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic and prepared to work across the range of commissions that we have running currently. The level of the individual is someone who is ideally a Chartered Building Surveyor who is equaly experienced in Project Management. They must be good client facing individuals and prepared to be flexible.
Responsibilities
Leading a project team in the delivery of client project requirements from inception to completion
Setting up and delivery of good practice PM systems and controls
Cost plan and project programme management
Budget Estimating
Post contract administration
Tender evaluation
Dependent on role allocated, but all will be expected to get alongside existing clients and service their own commissions with a degree of autonomy.

- Must be degree qualified, either chartered, or near-chartered
