My client is the leading firm of Property Consultants based in the South West of England and South Wales, offering services across seven regional offices. Due to a programme of continuing expansion and some exciting projects in the pipeline, an great opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager /Building Surveyor to join its team based within the Bristol office.
The vacancy provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and self motivated professional to join a successful, expanding team. Projects within the role include design & build for offices, industrial, education and residential across the private and public sectors utilising different procurement methods and forms of contract. An understanding of the development process would be advantageous together with experience of employer’s agent and fund monitoring.

Candidate Requirements
- Ideally the successful candidate would have equal project management experience as they do building surveying
- 3 years post qualifications
- An understanding of the development process would be advantageous together with experience of employer’s agent and fund monitoring.
