My client is an award winning, market leading, and nationally recognised practice looking to recruit a Project Architect in Bristol.
They are a multi-disciplinary practice operating in the following sectors: healthcare, education, commercial, housing and industrial sectors.
The client facing role will require you to run a variety of projects and will require you to utilise your management and job running skills. You will be involved in the management of finances and staff.
You will also be responsible for:
Producing high quality designs
Solving Architectural problems
Assisting with the bidding process
Liaising with clients
You will have at least 3 years experience and will be both RIBA Part-3 and ARB registered.
Utilising your excellent conceptual design skills you will:
Produce drawings on AutoCAD.
Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
