Ths local office that this position is with has a turnover of circa £10m.
Class leading experience in M&E system design enables this company to deliver seamless and integrated solutions for all project requirements including:
- M&E Design, Installation, Commissioning, Refurbishment and Maintenance
- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
- Electrical Power and Distribution
- Plumbing
- Gas Services
- Data and Telecommunications
- HV/LV Installation and Maintenance
- Duct Work
- Pipe Fitting
- Fire Alarms
The Role
Key areas of responsibility are:
- Estimating, Design and Management of contracts from conception through to completion
- Managment of specific contract work
- Control of Safety in the workplace
- Managing , Motivating and Monitoring Staff
The ideal Candidate for this position will have a Sound Mechanical Building Services Background and be experienced in running small contracts worth anywhere from £50k - £2Million, inclusive of all Labour and Materials responsibilities.
A Qualification is not essential, but would be an advantage.
